- In her drawing room, Madame de Loisy, a qualified oenologist, will open for you and comment two bottles of Burgundy wines: a "Vougeot 1er Cru les Cras" (red) from the Domaine de Loisy and a "Rully Les Villeranges" (white) from Faiveley.
- The wine tasting will be accompanied by cheese and ham that can do for a light meal. Madame de Loisy will talk about Burgundy land and wines, geography and geology (the "terroirs"), history (influence of the monastic orders Cluny, Citeaux), the "appellations" system (how to read and understand a label. She will also explain how harvesting, fermentation, ageing and bottling are generally carried out in Burgundy.
